RE-REGISTRATION for the 2024-2025 school year now in progress

Deadline for completion is February 29th, 2024.  Registrations received after this date will be subject to a $50 last fee and acceptance for the coming school year cannot be guaranteed. Re-Registration forms are also available in the office.

2024-2025 tuition rates can be found below. If you are requesting the Practicing Catholic Tuition rate, please complete the PRACTICING CATHOLIC TUITION APPLICATION form and hand in with your re-registration. This form is mandatory every year.

Each year in early February, schools begin budget and staffing preparations for the upcoming school year. Integral to the process is the re-registration of existing students. Before admitting new students, all existing students are given priority to re-register. The deadline for re-registration is February 29th, 2024. Until that date, there is no fee to re-register and placement can be secured for the 2024/2025 school year. Parents re-registering their children after February 29th are subject to a $50.00 application fee and their acceptance cannot be guaranteed.

Family Payment Schedules will be available for signature after April 8th, 2024. These must be signed by April 29th, 2024. Families who have not returned a signed Family Payment Schedule by the deadline will be removed from the school enrolment and considered not registered.

We offer religious education in our schools, which enables parents to receive a charitable tax receipt for the religious portion of the tuition fees paid. The consequent tax reduction can be significant and is not available in non-denominational independent schools. Please note that the receipt amount depends on the number of children, the tuition rate, and the actual fees paid.

The Island Catholic Schools provide financial support for families who may require assistance. Families must submit a complete application with supporting documents (2023 Tax return) to your school’s principal. Application forms are available at your school office or on ICS website. The deadline for applying for financial assistance is no later than May 1st, 2024. Applications are to be submitted to the principal of your school. Families with children at multiple schools are to submit to St. Andrew’s High School. Although it is ideal that all applications be received by the deadline, we understand that a family’s financial situation may change at any time throughout the year. Applications may still be considered after the deadline should this occur.
