As we approach the upcoming Student Led Conferences here is information around scheduling your appointments.
Meeting Dates: Wednesday, Feb. 18th and Thursday, Feb. 19th 3:00pm – 6:00pm
How to Schedule:
- Online Booking: We will be using the ‘School Appointments’ scheduling platform. You can access the scheduling link here: https://stjoseph.schoolappointments.com/
- Please see the attached pdf for step-by-step instructions. Please note the last day to schedule an appointment is Monday, Feb. 16.
- Available Time Slots: Please choose a time slot that works best for you. Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to book early.
- Grades K-2: Four families will be able to book during each 30 min. time slot.
- Grades 3-7: Six families will be about to book during each 30 min. time slot.

Our teachers are looking forward to seeing you. Please know that your child will be leading the meeting, sharing their learning and naming some goals. As other families might be present the teacher will not be facilitating each meeting; that is the responsibility of the student. Thank you!
